I’ve been working with Trevor for the past couple of years, and honestly he’s been solid every step of the way. Any issue I’ve ever had, he handled quickly and got it resolved without dragging things out. His work ethic and responsiveness make my job significantly easier. If you’re under contract on a house, he can get you approved very quickly, which is huge in this market. When it comes to getting draws, they’re processed fast, allowing me to close deals and move on properties much quicker. Having a lender like this makes a real difference, and I highly recommend him.
