Disclaimer: This review is for the customer service and support after I received my funds not for dealing with the company during the loan application. I was filing my 2024 taxes and needed the interest statement so I sent an email wit the request. Within 5 minutes Peter Dietlein in customer service replied back with the documents I needed. The SBA has provided me with an application and recommendation for ready capital twice now. My shop makes enough money to stay afloat but needs a little push to get advertising and a sign by the road to direct traffic. Even with a credit score of 623, with a year of operation, I can't get approved for 2 thousand which is peanuts. Ready capital would rather see me fail.

I recently had a client usedthem to purchase a commercial space, as a realtor, this may have been the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Communication was horrible, and the amount of people part of transaction who were able to answer simple questions for my client regarding certain language that wasn’t explained or reviewed until closing was mind boggling. On top of that, we are 24 hrs post closing and no wire has been sent to the firm who handled the closing. My advice to anyone considering using them….DON’T!

I don't think this company is legitimately attempting to loan money to small businesses. We spent an enormous amount of time trying to get funding and received an "approval" email, but that was only the beginning of their process to essentially keep asking for more and more until they finally didn't answer any more of our messages, and wasted about six weeks of our time attempting to acquire funding, only to get ghosted at the end.
